Phenom communications inc sold watch phone the will not work in Europe (Germany)

Found a watch phone on the internet call the company and asked if this phone would work in Europe they told me yes so I ordered the watch it did not workand i sent the phone back and they want to charge me for said repairs I asked them for a refund they would not give me one they said i did not take out the extra insurance
