Sent me a delinquent payment bill for an aviation magizine i never orderd

I reicived a free trial from flight safty magizine sometme last year and it asked to fill out a subscription if i like it and i did nothing. So now i get a bill in the mail for something i did not want and did not order, and they want me to pay 19.97 like a collection agency
