This scooter was delivered from the factory with
Universal Batteries UB's. Nothing but trouble!
Not the far superior B&B batteries used by Go-ped in all of there electric scooters since the first 1996 Stealth ped This info from a goped Exec. / Rep.
After many attempts to solve a range problem (the range went to 1 mile) this after fewer then 40 miles total usage?
Within the stated 90 day Guarantee time frame!
Repeatedly I attempted communications First go-ped DENIED that this was possible. This after many attempts to talk with anyone at goped Then goped BLAMED my dealer. Again repeated tries to communicate and then they accuse the dealer!? Next go-ped admitted my scooter AND 396 sub-standard UB's had been SOLD. They were FORCED to use these poor quality / sub-standard batteries.
