My parents bought a $2,000 mobility scooter from The Scooter Store and when they got home and unloaded it they didn't have batteries for it. No problem they thought, the salesboy must have forgotten to load them. We'll just call and tell him and go back and get them. WRONG! They called and Jeremy, the BOY that sold it to them said that they were there. Of course they weren't though. He was talking to my mom like she was a 2 yr. Old and having her describe everything she seen on the scooter. It should be pretty obvious if the batteries were there or not! Well I called them after I got to their house and he told me that the best they could do was rig up some used batteries and an adapter to put them in it! Yea right, buy a $2000 scooter and then have to use some batteries that were not even made for it. So, when all said and done, they take it back and get their money back, minus $200. They are jackasses, and yes Jeremy I am still going to come and visit with you soon.
