Looking for info on this company. Found a lot of evidence on the web a year ago, but it has disappeared. Principal's name is Neil Barnes - he is British. Barnes and Platinum Investment have history in Panama and Spain. They have sold high-priced resort-style residences and golf club memberships ahead of construction and then defaulted on the construction. A friend has invested money with them and I have a bad feeling. If you know anything about this, please let me know.

Flamingo Lakes is based in Merida Yucatan Mexico and has property on the Gulf coast.
