Ripoff I invested my IRA ina Universal Lease and when I need it I can't get it mexico

After retiring I needed a place to invest my IRA.

My insurance man told me of this lease plan in cancun Mexico, a party invests in a hotel room and receives 11% interest on his money.

I recieved $65. Monthly untell 2004 at the time of the typhoon.

I waited a few months before I tried to get in touch with anyone in cancun. And when I did I was told, finaly that they could not pay as much because of repairs ect. So I waited.

I am now 70 and 1/2 and I want to cash my IRA and I can't get anyone to talk to me.

So I start looking on the internet and found that Kelly and his people have in many state cease and desist against Yucatan Resorts S.A.

I was took and I am sure there are others in the State of Oregon who have fallen as I have. Please leave me an e-mail maybe it will help. Thanks
