One of their events got rained out after I had purchased over $250 worth of tickets. They claimed they would honor my tickets at the next event. After trying to contact them multiple times by phone and e-mail, they never would respond. I even talked to someone there and they said they would have someone return my call, no one ever did. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. Needless to say, I did not get to go to the next event. I waited patiently for over 6 months for the "next" event that I did not get to attend. To this day, I have not heard a word from them and I am still out $250.
