I order a mat to replace the one we have and two minutes later I got an e-mail confimring my order well even though I told him the spring size three different times it was still wrong. So when I called back to change it I was told it would not be in in a week it was on back order for a month. So I cancelled the order. I called back 48 hours after the cancelation to find out why my money had not gone back on my card I got that it could be 3 to 5 days. So I called at the end of the 5th day to find out that it was never processed to begin with. I was told it will be another 3to 5 days. I don't know yet if I will get my money back. Also where can I buy this product without the run-around
