I joined in October because my mom/boyfriend / (and I was a member a long time ago) were all joining. Obviously it has changed!!! Since October the corporate" office has messed up my billing 4 times! First, charging me for my boyfriend and myself, second, not charging me at all, third double charging me, and lastly I froze the account so they wouldn't mess with my billing again. Well, they did, so when I called in and asked for a refund; I had all of the correct information, the date, time, and person I spoke with.
After being told I never froze the account I was told that, "OH OK, we will process this refund for you!" Guess what? I am still waiting for my refund! When I speak with the managers there it is nothing but, "I asked corporate VIA EMAIL, for your refund." Who speaks VIA Email for a refund, or for that matter what proper company handles money/account information via email?
I've worked in call centers before... That is getting nothing done... Upon my request to speak with someone else more willing to work with me, I was told! I was told I was outa luck! Well it just so happened that I know there is someone else to speak with, you know why? Because my MOM/and other unnamed friends had the same problem! I would give this company/corporation an F!
