I had a similar experience but with Hank Kleber whom claimed to be the service manager for the boat connection and was working on his own time but using their insurance to work at the boat yard in riviera beach fl. I have set up a web page dedicated to the experience I had. If anyone ends up suing him or them, I'd be more than happy to provide my experience in court.
