Swimsuits not as described, they do not reply to your emails for Return Authorization and charge 15% restocking fees Niagara Falls

I ordered some nylon racer swimsuits from the website. What I received were swimsuits made of other fabrics (polyamide and spandex). I sent two emails asking for a Return Autorization number and they have not replied.
Their website indicates that there is a 15% restocking fee. That should have been a warning because lots of returns means lots of unsatified customers. They ship from Niagara Falls, Canada and Niagara Falls, U.S.A.
I do not recommend this supplier.
