Never got my W2

I worked at the McDonalds on Niagara Falls Blvd... in Amherst, NY, last year 2008... Today is February the 9th and I still have not gotten my W2.. I have contacted them twice and they will not return my emails or my calls... How am I supposed to file my taxes??
