After many efforts at calling customer support at Gatelys by telephone, fax, and email, I posted a towards the Better Business Institution and had American Express start a study about the organization regarding my purchase. I talked towards the producer of the basketball ring I requested, and was informed they were waiting on cash from Gatelyis which was the main reason they'dnot delivered. I'd posted my purchase on Sept. 4 and also the cost got on my consideration on Sept. 5! I named them today at 1:30 within the morning and was informed that I had been phoning after business hours (onetime area around) and equally of the voicemail boxes were complete. Don't order from their website. That is clearly a scam artist.
