On April 11 I requested online from Gatelyis SleekSpaces.com 4 sets of bright leather dining area chairs (whole of 8 seats), a dining area desk along with a System sleep. The dining area desk may be the ONLY product which came properly and never broken. One set of the seats came broken and also the incorrect size mattress was delivered. I approached Gately's Smooth Areas concerning the broken seats and also the wrong size mattress. It got three (3) weeks of continuous contacting and calling to obtain the directions and return authorization for these things. On July 7 the mattress was delivered via Yellow Shipping and also the seats were delivered UPS July 24. I had been informed following the furniture was obtained by Gatelyis, I'd be released a reimbursement of $1862.98 back again to my MasterCard. It got another month for me to obtain details about the reimbursement due me. I had been informed by Monica the cash couldn't be returned to my credit card as MAsterCard includes a 3-month restriction on breaks back again to the card. So then I had been informed by Monica written down and about the phone, that the check could be shipped on Aug. 17. After not getting the check, I followed-up having a phone August 31 to become informed the credit supervisor was in a gathering so that as quickly because it finished, I'd be approached concerning the reimbursement. No-call or mail arrived. I delivered 2 more emails without any reaction. I've 44 emails in my own document all trying to solve this problem since April.
