I requested a futon from Futon Shops (Gately's Group Of Shops) on 8-15-07. It had been said to be delivered between 8/22 and 8/25 by UPS Ground. I've never noticed other things out of this organization. For awhile they required calls, today their mail is complete with no one is actually acting to answer the telephone. I've also quit NUMEROUS emails. This really is clearly an internet fraud and that I am ANGRY!
