Valleycarts ripoff Bait and switch fraud

I talked to a salesman named Dawayne and told him i wanted to purchase golf cart number 3273, he told me it was a completely refurbished cart mechanically, and was in good usable condition and guaranteed. He told me the Aluminum carry box on the back had been removed and sold to another customer, so he would discount it. He offered it to me for $1000.00 plus $100.00 to deliver it. So I bought it. They delivered a completely different cart that was not refurbished, had been wrecked and only ran 800 yards and quit running. I called them and they would not exchange it or fix it for free and wanted $200.00 to pick it up and re-deliver it after it was repaired. I asked to speak with the owner and left several messages for him, but he never would return my phone calls.
