Purchased a spa (over 5,000) and a pool 24 ft. (over 3,000) only 3 years ago, the spa has warped inside and the pool has ripped and the caps broken and today a neighbor almost fell when the steps (screwed on) came loose and tossed her forward onto a cement step. We have called and called, and they tell us they have changed ownership, they will get to use when they can, and now we are thinking about a lawsuit since our pool is completly unsuable. Any one else out there having this problem???
