Lucille roberts gyms, i have a "no contract" pay monthly as you go. I want to cancel and they cant be reached phone is busy at their main office new york city new york

I Am Trying To Cancel My Services With This Gym And It Is Impossible To Do. The Only Place They Say You Can Cancel Is At Their Main Office (212) 734-9717 And This Number Is Always Busy.

Yesterday They Went Into My Account And Took Out Two Months Of Payment And I Had Stop Going Being That I Joined "Pay As You Go". They Are A Rip Off Because How Can I Stop This Deduction Of Money From My Account If I Can't Reach These People To Tell Them To Cancel.

My Only Option Is To Close My Account. So They Won't Be Able To Continue To Take Money From Me If I Am Not Attending Their Gym.
