I was having problems with my lucille roberts membership and i called and sent certifed letters and no one got back to me. I feel that i was lied to when i joined up regarding the prices and the locations and when my membership would go into effect. I never went to lucille roberts because i was bothered by there policys. I can't beleive that they were rude when i called and when i sent certified letters they ignored me. It took 90 dollars to get out of my contract even though i never go to use the gym. The better business bureau gave them the worst posible rating.
