I paid for a two yr. Membership to beyond fitness (Cash), now that they have sold the company to Peak Fitness, my accout has vanished in all systems. No one can find me or even show that I was ever a member. Beyond Fitness took my money and left me out to dry. This company should have to answer to someone.
I can't find a live person to talk to about this. Now I have to pay more money to the Peak fitness if I want to contiune to use the facility. My account with Beyond fitness was paid till July. What a true "rip-off". I feel everyone should unite and fight this company, if nothing else send a message.
