Ripoff fraudulent scam dishonest

I ordered and payed for a pool table from campran through ebay on oct 24. On nov 22 they sent me an e mail saying the table was built and was beeing shipped over seas from china. I received another e mail on dec 29 that said all their funds had been embezelled and they were sorry. I thought u s based companies had to have bussiness insurance to cover things like this. Thanks
