Embezzlement costs customers

Ordered custom pool table on 10/9/06; paid up-front; rec'd e-mail dtd 11/9/06 stating it was in-transit; follow-up e-mail from me to company on 12/1/06 — was told again, in-transit. No contact. Tried to call and e-mail before Christmas — no luck. E-mail from company on 12/29/06 — saying the Chinese supplier had embezzled all their funds — NO pool table — NO refund!
