This involves the muskego lake country club. I booked an event there last year to have my company golf outting with 24 people who all pre-paid. I spoke with the owner mark krause who accepted the money and stated that the date was confirmed and that we have a banquest room along with carts available to us.
The price included dinner, golf, golf cart, and a beverage with dinner.
One week before the outing, i called to add 4 more people to the event, at which time mr. Krause stated that we was cancelling our outing because a larger one had approched him and that he was going to allow them to take over our spot. He was will to return the money but not until he cleared his books at the end of the month. Furthermore he said that since the appointments are not contract, they we not binding.
I will never play golf nor patronize that golf course ever again.
