Ordered swimwear on 10/13/06. Charge appeared on my credit card account that day. My order status on line shows it was shipped on 10/16/06. It is now 11/3/06 and still do not have my order.
I have called 3 times, cannot reach a person as my call just goes to voice mail when I call their number. I also found a second number but all I get is a very fast busy signal. I left 3 voicemails, but no return calls. Send 1 email, no response. Today I faxed a letter. No response yet. I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. They will be crediting me and investigating.
I purchased a suit from them about 3 months ago and received it. It took about 3 weeks but I did get it. I also noticed that they removed their customer feedback section from their website... Hmmmm, I wonder why???
I've read all of the other reports about this company on this site. I guess I'm not alone. Some of you have actually reached someone... Don't know which is worse, not being able to speak with someone or getting someone who is so nasty. Their "About Us" page is some comical reading. The following is an excerpt. Read it and have a good laugh!
