Company did not honor it's 45 day 100% return policy. Consumer fraud ripoff, CA California

Paul Sanders (President), has acknowledged my compliance with their return policy. Admits I am due a full refund for $1299.00 plus interest acrued. He has promised repeatedly that the credit is coming, then he states they no longer have the capability to give credit to the purchase card and on and on.

I want my money!
