Deese Marine
Ripoff made repairs on my Malibu Boat over a 2 month period totalling OVER 14,000.00 Thats DID NOT need repaired

I took my Malibu Boat to Deese Marine for a broken shaft.

They replaced it 4 times, they told me I needed extensive work totally over $14,000.00.

I paid for the work and my shaft continued to break.

I took it to another Malibu Dealer who took 5 minutes to tell what was causing my shafts to break, which was my strut and a simple $3,063.00 repair.

When I contact Deese in regards to this, they simple said they would NOT fix it and certainly not pay for the reapir, even though they acknowledge the strut was not properly installed and charged me 14,000.00 worth of work I DID NOT NEED!

Sam Yarbourgh of Deese Marine, was extremely rude and nasty and YELLED at me several times, even hung up on me, while my boat was on thier premises and I was trying to recieve status on my repair.

Deese Marine is a NEW dealer for Malibu. They are NOT honoring thier work, They are NOT good with customer service and are very unprofessional.
