I ordered shoes on December 11 for my daughter as a christmas gift and never received them. I got a shipped confirmation on December 16th and I still have not gooten the shoes. I have been calling leaving messages and e-mailing and still nothing.
I called my bank and got another number to call (the number that was linked to the draft). I called this number and got a message that they had a major shipping error and that they are working diligently to resolve the issue. However, They have not sent this message out to any of the customers nor have they called us nor can we get a live body on the line.
They went on to say they are no longer taking any orders, calls or messages until they have resolved this issue. They also advise the callers to go to a totally different web site (www.kicksandgear.com) to read the message. It's not the same address where I ordered my babys shoes.
Therefore, if you continue to log on to www.kicksandclothes.com you will not get the message about the shipping error and it allows you to place yet another order. There are no tracking numbers but they insist you go to the website to see tracking numbers to other customers that have received tracking numbers and orders. The crazy thing is that it says this is how they can prove that they are not scamming.
Well, that does not prove anything to me. I need some contact phone numbers to call a few of these so called satisfied customers. Looks like I will have to take this one as a loss and I advise anyone that may be ordering from kicksandgear.com or kicksandclothes.com to NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
They are scamming and taking peoples money two - three days after you order and you can not contact them.
Also, if you have ordered and they have taken your money, we have no contact info for them but my bank forwarded me to their dispute department and they are investigating this company and they will be contacting me so you may want to try this as well.
