Placed an order with this company for several products for Christmas Gifts. This company refused to supply any information regarding the shipment of these items after I had already paid for them. As Christmas nears closer I sent a more strongly worded email requesting information regarding my purchased merchandise. Below is a copy of the wonderful response I received.

It is a shame that not all people in the world are not as nice as you. We have people that threaten us and want to do a chargeback and demand demand demand. The tracking number provided is not even for my merchandise. After contacting the company again in response to the sarcastic emailed response and incorrect tracking number I stated my intention to notify my bank regarding this issue as I felt I was being frauded. No reputable company would ever reply such a response nor refuse 5 previous requests for shipping information. Following is my response from the company:

Don't fall victim to these scam artists and allow them to get away with it. Your credit card company will issue an immediate refund to you when a company has wronged you such as this. It is called a chargeback and they will get on average a $25.00 fine and you get your money back.
