I ordered a copy of "The Last of The Dogmen" which the company had listed on their website, and purchased the movie on my credit card. Upon my dad opening the movie for Christmas, we found out it was the wrong movie, and a poor quality dvd at that.
Shortly following the 1st of the year, I sent two emails to ClassicMovieReel.com attempting to correct the situation with NO response. I followed with a hard copy letter to the company with a copy of the billing statement sent via email back in December.
I still have received absolutely no response for ClassicMovieReel.com
I am in process of contacting my credit card company to remove the credit card charge.
