In April I pre-ordered a case of 2004 Finest Basketball cards from Jamie Dautrich for $575 off of Ebay. It has been over a year. I paid by a Postal Money Order and he claims he never received it.
In Decemeber I received the traced USPS MO with his signature and bank information on the back of the MO. Since send him a scanned copy of the MO, he has not contacted me.
I have all emails dating back to the start of the transaction, copy of the MO, and copy of the cashed MO with his information. I filed a complaint with Ebay but they could not help resolve the situation either.
