I sent money for 2 X-games skateboards shipping. Never recieved items. Called and left at least 10 messages= still no answer.
Emailed several times as well... Never got any response.
Finally, I was forced to report to the US Postal Service who turned the case over to the United States Postal Inspection Service and they wrote Mr. Shom a letter re: "Failure to Provide" ie: Mail Fraud/False Representation Statutes etc..
The last I heard was from a Patricia Sweeney/Mgr. From the Operations Support Group, who asked me to give them 45 days for them to handle it thru the "Consumer Protection Program".
Mr. Shom is a total jerk who took my money (right before Christmas) for skateboards. He never even offered to refund my money!
Don't do business with this MORON.
