First a booklet came by mail on Oct. 30th. titled 10 Easy Ways To Make $10,000.00 CASH Before Christmas.in it he said you had to order the Discovery Box with 10 business opportunities within 10 days to get all his bonuses. I ordered Valley Vic's Discovery Box on Nov 2.
With weeks going by, I waited and nothing came. Finally it did come on Dec. 6th.
I knew I would never be able to make any money before Christmas. Especially ten thousand dollars that Vic talked about in his pamphlet! Plus I would have to send in more money. Another $89 more plus $50 more for each of the 50 business I was going to get into. With Christmas coming and us living ONLY on my husband's Social Security, I could NOT afford any more money for this business! I NEEDED that money back for presents for 10 in my family! I asked him for a refund of the $497. And I mailed the Discovery Box back to him by Priority Mail with a Confirmation Receipt. So, I spent another almost $13. To get it back to him quickly! He got it on Dec. 15th.. I've called him and emailed him a couple of times, but no answer. I have been ignored by him and it seems I am not even worthy of a reply! To this date, of March 26, I still have not received a refund!
On Thursday 2/21, I turned him and his business into the US Postal Inspection Service by internet. I got a reply from the US Postal Inspection Service on March 25th. That they may have turned my complaint into local authorities or other agencies within their jurisdiction. They say Postal Inspectors don't have the authority to ensure that I will get any refund! My advice to you is this, IF anything comes to you from Valley Vic talking about 10 Easy Ways to Make $10,000 a Month in just throw it away. He really is a Copywriter & Business Opportunity Consultant with quite a way with words! (You'd have to read his booklet to know what I am talking about.) My husband calls him a silver tongued devil.
