Todays date is 3/25/08 and I placed an order to Outlook Skateboards on 2/10/08. I have not recieved my order. They sent my an email about 2 weeks after I placed my order that said that my order was processing and that my order will be shipped out that day. When 2 weeks went by and I didn't get my order I sent them an email-over a week went by and I sent them another. I have not heard anything from them at all. Any other company that I send an email to concerning my order, I have heard back from them with in 24 hours. I'm upset because my order from Outlook Skateboards is a gift (now a very belated gift-if I ever get it) and it makes me look bad.
