I won over $8000.00 last week and played back $3000.00 of it i had 2 pending withdrawals of $2500 each that have now been denied and just to add salt to the wound they have locked me out of the casino they will not answer emails and every time i call i'm told there is no management there. A rep i spoke with told me i violated a rule.
after i put in for the withdrwal they sent me an email inviting me to use a code and try for a $50 vanity card, so i did. I DIDN'T GET THE $50 I GOT $5.00 (they would not let me make a deposit of my own money because I had pending withdrwals)
So now there saying i was in violation for redeeming the vanity card. Why did they offer it and why was the code accepted if it was a violation?
They feel justified in keeping $5,000 because they gave me $5.00?
Just take heed everyone of this bogus casino! They are thieves!
