The following report is about Bally Fitness. Their customer service and employees have always been rude and not very helpful. When talking to the corporate office they never updated our account like they said they would and it causes further problems when other representatives contacts us. We fill that whatever the employees tell us it can never be trusted. All they care about is pressuring customers and not listening to their needs. All we can say is that Bally Fitness is not here to provide outstandingserviceto their customers but are here to extract as much money as they can from as many people as they canfor their own greed. Their service is not worth all the money, trouble, and pain that you will go through.
