I have been a member for over 30 years. My original contract was transferred when holiday spa got bought out by Bally's. I have a fixed renewal fee contract that is in effect for the rest of my life yet my latest renewal bill has Bally's charging me an additional $10.00 ID Card fee. I just got a new card with bar code so I don't need to pay this fee yet it appears to be mandatory. Is this legal? If costs are rising then Bally's needs to raise the fees of new memberships; not ding existing members. I see this as a class action suit if enough people get on board. How about it, all you Bally's members out there!!!
