My friend and I ordered two clubs (he ordered them) and was told 2 - 4 weeks. Never came. Tried to call, was given BS answer and told I would need to talk to customer service. I applaud the man from Delta (no matter what happens in ones past) for standing up for a customer. I will never trust a responce from that business. I don't blame him for showing up late to such a bad opperation. Do your self a favor and file with Attorney General's office in Ohio. Anyone ever charged more for shipping than your agreed to? We were. Why $50.00 for s/h when UPS would only chare 1/3 that abount for a club? What a scam. Stay away from these people. Read their BBB File and RIP-OFF file. Kind of makes me wonder if they they know how bad they are when they thmeselfs are searching consumer complaints? And people only "respond" when someone hits a nerve... Looks like the ex-employee might be rignt...
