I signed a no-committment contract for two months. The company continued to bill my credit card account although they were notified in writing to cancel. They refused to return the funds. I have reported them to the Bureau of Consumer Fraud.
They advertise that their trainers are certified which thy aren't. Their exercise classes always start late and finish early ripping off the club's patrons of exercise time. The club is overcrowded and there is no enough equipment for everyone's use. The reps are obnoxious, cannot answer basic questions and refers all questions to cusomer service.
Lucille Robeerts customer Service representatives 1202 Lexington Avenue, Box 333, NY NY 10028 tele 212-734-9717 are rude, have no names and request that all questions be put in writing and mailed to them. Questions are not answered over the phone although patrons can be identified by account number.
New members do have orientation and are left to fend on their own. They take money and do not provide the services promised.
