I have a contract that states I should pay $9 a month, they charged me $10 for 38 months

I have a signed contract w/Lucille Roberts stating that the monthly dues should be $9 a month for life - no expiration date on this contract. They started charging me $10 a month for the last 38 months. When I spoke to them, they stated that the dues could go up at any time at their choice. Contract or no contract. They don't honor contracts.
