On Oct 21. I purchased 2 16" folding electric bikes from Curved_Line Jr Woodward on Ebay. They bikes arrived on approximately oct 25. When I opened the boxes I noticed that the crank on the pedal was bent and one of the keys to the ignition were broken in the box. The other one appeared physically fine

My fionce took them out of the box unfolded them and put keys in them to start them to see how they worked one made a loud noise and then flashed red indicating no charge and the otherbike never started up at all just flashed red so i read the instructions on how to charge the bikes and preceeded to charge them. The instructions state 3-6 hours at 6 hours i checked the bikes and neither of them charged.

I checked the fuses and fuses were fine. So I emailed jr woodward the seller to notify him the bikes were damaged and not working. He notified me a week later by phone and email to call this guy named kenny at powlite in californina that he would take care of problem that they are under warranty.

I left numerous messages for 2 weeks and finally someone from powlite took my phone call to only tell me that kenny no longer worked there to call the seller that he needs to take care of the problem so i send jr woodward another email telling him what they said he told me i need to go through them to call them back that this man named robert would take care of it. I again left messages for him to call me back and again no one called back and again i sent jr woodward an email telling hin no one is calling back and that i need someone to resolve this matter he sent me a return email stating robert would call me within the next hour which this man did. Robert called Nov 19th i told him the situation with the bikes the same info that is stated here in this form and he said he would talk to his supervisor and see how they want to work it to either send me new batteries and chargers for both bikes or to have me ship them back for replacements that he would let me know by that monday Nov 22

He never called back so by wednesday 24th i phoned him and again i left messages everday from the 24 until tuesday the 30th. I again sent another email to Jr woodward on thursday morning telling him that I am no longer going to wait that i am requesting my money back and have yet to recieve a reply. This has gone on now for over a month. All these 2 companies keep doing is passing me off from one to the other

I shouldnt have to wait this long and i should not have to be stuck with a product that is defective and damaged until they decide when i get a resolution. I paid $363 each for these bikes for a total cost of $727.44 I purchased these bikes for transportation. This has cost me a devestating financial loss. I cant seem to get any results from either of the seller or manufacture. Please help.
