Blake Bullington is about 31 yrs old and constructs metal buildings. He wants to get money upfront to cover expenses. Then he does not finish the work. He has lots of law suits against him in Bradley and Hamilton counties. He took over $17,000 from Covenant Funeral Homes and just did some ground work and would never come back to finish anything.
