On november 21st, my daughters and I went to style times in the walmart center in copperas cove to get hair cuts. My girls received hair cuts that were very uneven and my daughter began to cry. They were not able to fix it as it was so short in one spot they would have had to cut alot off. They offered to blow dry it to hide the short spot but my daughter refused.
When it was my turn, they took someone who was a friend ahead of me to have their eyebrows waxed. The manager told her i was next but they did her first anyway. Nothing was said about that.
When it was my turn to get in the chair, they left me and my daughter to go and hug someone outside the store and see the new baby. They were gone for at least 10 minutes. When they came back in they had to rewet our hair as it had gotten dry because they were gone for so long. The hairstylist then cut my hair in about 4 minutes and claimed me done.
I went home to style my hair and saw that she had not even cut the left side at all and it was very noticable that it was still long on one side. When we were going to go back they were already closed and we were gone for the weekend. When we came back to get it fixed we were told it was past the 3 day deadline to fix it for free and would have to pay the normal price. I have pictures of the haircuts.
I want to be reimbursed for the hair cut prices and suffering this has cost us. My daughter is very upset and has requested a wig until her hair grows out.
