I have twc and we hate twc has a bad poor customer services and when they come to my home they messed up my wireless router and will not fix replace it for any reason they keep going up on the bill even when it is locked in price i live in Shelby NC alot of people out here went to they cost more but have alot better services

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
