Surewest offers bundle offers on line and on flyers sent home. All packages are 50-70 a month but once you get them on the door all the magic fees come up a well as services that are advertised as included now come up as additional. Recently I signed up fpr a buldle offer tha was supposed to include free home betworking and HD for a year at around 70.00.
Today after 5 calls and one, isearble install later I sitll do not have HD nor a router and I am told that my price will be a little over 100.00 a month once it is all corrected. The sign up page is very misleading and any deatil is biried in there terms and conditons. Even though the install was incorret and the error on the page were pointed out the lead I spokewith felt that a 12.00 credit should cover the issues I was having.
I am waiting for a manager call back, I cant believe they get away with this I will be fiing all tha claims I can with local agencies and sharing my story with anyone that will listen. Stick with for clear biiling and great quality! If only they had it in Rocklin.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
