Business fraudulently charged me a fee for a service that I never used based on a policy that I did not know existed. I contacted the business over the phone and agreed to the terms of the service and the cancellation policy. After I followed the agreed upon terms and cancelled the reservation the business fraudulently charges me anyway. Still trying to get my
money back.
