Mr William Beechman continues to be sluggish to react to our emails. Your damage deposit was to become returned within 5 times of check out and after roughly 2 weeks we named him since we'd not gotten our reimbursement. He didn’t appear to recall us and requested that people email him using the times we hired from him. These times were 07/29 to 08/03. We complied with this specific demand on October 13 so when we didn't notice from him, we delivered another email on November 14 requesting that which was the wait? He replied this time around stating he'd e mailed formerly (which he'd not) declaring that there is harm to a wall along with a damaged barstool. During our stay, we recognized among the barstools was fragile which the underside knee support was lacking. We named Mr. Beecham and he explained he'd provide an upgraded. Before he did, the chair collapsed and that I arrived on the ground. (notice there is just 2 chairs in rental for eating club) We named again and Mr Beecham introduced an upgraded 24 hours later. We're 2 non-smoking and non-drinking people (ages 65 & 70) and we didn't harm a wall & the barstool had been in bad condition. Mr. Beechum has declined to return our destruction deposit of $150 and mentioned in his email of Nov. 15 this was just the 3rd. Deposit he's not delivered since last May. Are tenants that hardon his home or is his home not in good shape?!? We didn't harm a wall and, as mentioned beforehand, the barstool had been fragile and Mr. Beechum understands this. Please be aware that people employed ‘Home Away’ as our travel broker for use of Mr. Beechum’s leases.
