Hello my name is nora charles i live at 44 earl for 25 to30 years back in march or april i put it up for sale 395000. The bal on the house was 85000. The realestate told me drop the price a little so i did to 295000. So what thay did was put it back on the market for that price. Some buyer came along asking to lower the price NO.

BY NOW THE REALESTATE TIME IS UP I DIDt NOT RENEW. With that realty anymore the name is century 21 667-7200 also houses r us realty. HAS MY HOUSE TO SO NOW my house is off the market for a while. Two mo - later here come an older lady i want say her age from kwintner realty say to me i can sell this house in 6mo - or less for 295000 can i take alook at it i say yes how many rooms in this house i said up stair is two bedroom one full bath and a big attic you make two bedroom and a full bath and alot of closet space. Now down stair we havea big LR-DR KITCHEN MATER BEDROOM AND TWO OTHER BIG BEDROOMS SORRY. Two full bathrooms patio and deck 100x100 property well kept the only problem i been haveing was my cesspool so have that fix the kwintner realty told me becouse of that you want beable to sell it for the price you asking you are haveing a lot of problem also the houses around in deerpark are going for 250.000 so i didt no so isay ok. I didt understand to well i got an ofer for 149000. She that is a good price in deerpark i said NO. Now another realty name paramount homes realestate in lindenhurst new york. He ofer 25000. Becouse of cesspool problem and your bedroom doors need locks on them. So said to him are you going to buy it for 250.000 he said NO. I said 240.000 he said no. To that to so i call my lawyer and said to that the house is back to 270.000 she call him back and told him that house is 270.000 he said i am not buying tell her if she try to sell it iam gonig to put a lean on the house this way now my hand are tide i can't do anything my lawyer got on the buyer side she was my lawer secretary my lawyer that i hire never said a word to me for almost 5mo-the day befor the closeing but he would talk to the buyer never to me so he was both by my buyer the house is going for 250.000 you are not getting any more than that i said OK. Now we time come for the closeing jan i call my bank and told them that the house is going to closeing in jan the money i had to pay my mortgage with i had to fix my cesspool becouse it's was backing up inside of the house. MY BANK SAID OK WE WII ADD IT IN AT THE CLOSEING WHEN MY REALTY FIND OUT THAT I WAS BEHIDE WITH MY MORTGAGE SHE CALL AND TOLD MY BUYER SO HE DELAY THE CLOSEING BY THAN I WAS TI DEEP IN THE HOLD TO GET OUT THAN I TRY TO GET ANOTHER LAWER THE BUYER AND MY LAWER SAID I CANT NOW IT'S IS THE MO - OF MARCH TIME FOR THE CLOSEING DAY I GOT A CALL FROM THE MY LAWER WHOM I HAVE NEVER SPOKEINT TO for mo's telling me and yelling at me to get on down to that closeing today and the realty that i hirds she stop by the house to make go to the closeing i said look iam not saying i want have the closeing but i have a new lawyer he went away wii be back in 9days he ask me to wait for him to get back i said ok. But i was thraten no other yawer are we going put alean on the house and you want beable to sell it's to any body now you better get to this colsing today. Your house is now in forclosing the buying and the lawyer and my realty have been working toghter. The buying wait until 2-3 days to have my house apprai - iask my lawyer how much was my house appriai for thay would say i also ask my realty she woulds tell me eather. So i no something when wrong didt he get the price i was asking for did the bank pays him more and thay didt want me find out. Did i pay for the closeing. Why did i have to pay to realty company $4000. Each titles searched my house was not in bad shap i told my realty that is house is like new becouse of the fire i had back in 1992 why your saiding that in deerpark i can only get 250.000 im going to stop right here please look into this for me i didt have any one to look out for me but i no something when wrong my right was threaten. My closeing at 44 ealr st in deerpark was on march 224 at 33 willis avenue. Suite 106mineola new york. The money that i save from my creditor my end should have been hight than what its was. Please help me now l am living in aplace renting for 2000 amo - how long will i be able to live like this my house been RIP-OFF. There is a house on floyd st in deerpark that house look like something you would not put your dog in to live it's was very bad the old kids let it go afther there parsent pass away it's was bad than to.
