We were watching our house fall down. No where to borrow the money, The job to do Foundations is what the Builders should be doing to the houses they build. But no the buyer payes again 10-15 yrs down the road. Half payed for house and needs major repairs inside and out, because the foundation gave away.
Well here we are a little over a year sense the load and repairs watching my house fall apart again. But worse, I called the foundation Pres. Todd Norton and told him to come and look at new cracks in bricks on south side of house. Time went by I finlly hear from him, He told me my house must be too wet underneith. Thats the last I've heard from him.
Now I can't call him, and every passing day my house gets worse. Another 30 yr note, we didn't even get enough to do driveway are all of inside of the house after closeing cost taxes. I don't know what to do.
