Violated my privacy by sending my pictures to someone's email by some kind of glitch in the system that they still won't fix

The words customer service is the biggest joke when it comes to Sprint. There is no such thing! When I upload pictures from my phone (which I have already had to replace 3 times in 6 months) for some reason they were being automatically sent to a man's email address.
I have been calling and calling Sprint and they won't do anything about it. You can even get to tech support without going through so called "customer service" first! That is ridiculous. Apparently they used to have a direct line to tech support but got rid of it.
They keep giving me the run around, none of my services or equipment works and my privacy has totally been violated and they won't even do anything about it. They offered me a $5.00 credit!

Every time I reach one of those stupid cust. Serv. Reps I ask to speak to a supervisor, and they say they will transfer me and then disconnect me. Once I did reach a supervisor and he would not do anything about the problems so I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor was on vacation! I asked for any other number other or address other than "customer service" and they will not give it out. I then stated I would have a law suit because of the violation of privacy and he said that since I said that, he was no longer offering me the $5.00 credit.

When I finally reached a tech who was smart enough to realize that noone at Sprint was smart enough to fix the problem, and sent it to outside tech support, I was told it would be handled within 72 hours. It has been almost a month and still nothing has been done.
Now they have turned my phone off for late payment of $41.00 which I refuse to pay until I have a working phone and working services. Now when I call, I don't even get customer service, I get collections, and when I manuever through collections to get to customer service they simply tell me that I have to pay the $41.00 and refuse to discuss all the problems and violations going on. (there are many more other than the picture issue)

I keep calling back and keep calling back and asking for supervisors or tech support and always every single time transfer me right back to collections. So I went to the Sprint store on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena for the literally 8th or 9th time in one month and I calmy and rationally explained to the manger there that it did not make any sense to give Sprint money when I was didn't have a working phone or services and no effort was being made to resolve it. He said he understood and told me a trick to get to cust serv and then tech support with out going through collections.

He told me to call and when it asked for my phone # to put it in with one number changed so it wouldn't pull up my account and I could get through. I did this, eventually reached a tech, whom I asked what the deal was with the situation and he told me the system was down and that he promised to call me back on my home phone number. Needless to say, he never did.

This is so unbelievably ridiculous! I can't believe that Sprint can stay in business when they treat their customers the way they do!

Besides the picture problem, my voicemail never works, my services keep getting interrupted for no reason, my plan regularly gets changed for no reason by someone at Sprint, every other week something is added or removed from my plan, and noone knows why it was done! If I didn't carefully check my bill every single month I would always, and I do mean always end up paying for something extra.

A few weeks ago, before they turned my phone off, I was talking to my sister and I saw that call waiting was flashing with the number of a male aquaintance. I chose to ignore it, let him get my voicemail and keep talking to my sister. I was telling her something very personal when all of a sudden a man's voice answered me! My sister was no longer on the phone and he was! I had not pushed any buttons or anything.in fact the phone displayed that I was still talking to my sister! But instead, once again my privacy was violated because he heard the last personal statement that I thought I was making to my sister. I told Sprint about this too and they said "oh that shouldn't happen, I'll mention that to the tech also". Needless to say, I haven't heard anything about that either.

I spend more time talking or waiting on the line with Sprint than I do anything else. I have lost hours and hours of time in the store or on the phone with this disgusting company and have still gotten no where!
They have NOT fixed the problem with my pictures, but I noticed they went in and deleted the sent picture messages showing that my uploads were also going to someone else! They also deleted some of my pictures! I want to open a law suit against Sprint, but I am not sure where to start!

Sprint, you guys really ought to be ashamed of yourselves! And the only customer service ever received from Sprint is New customer service. Once you've signed a one or two year agreement, you are just considered crap by Sprint. What a Rip-off!
