Wow its amazing how a company can charge you $20.00 for a collect call from Euless County jal wich was less than 2/3min and at that those mins where because i stood there in the line and yet coldent h

People be carefull with this company i seem it so unfair to be charged $20.14 for a collect call that was 2/3 min and at that i stayed on tha line because i didint hera aza thing on the other side. So i believe i shouold be refunded causse it makes no sence to be charged so much... So lets just hope so ill keep yall up dated
